Story
Join HammondCare's online 'Roughtober' event by signing up and help fundraise in support of homelessness this October.
On Friday 30th October we will be holding an online event where we ask you to 'sleep rough' for one night in solidarity of those experiencing homelessness!
Due to the pandemic this year its an online sleepout event which means you can gather family and friends to join in the event.
Hold a DIY Roughtober in your backyard, at your office, on your balcony or couch surf at a friend’s place!
Funds raised will support both Rough Edges, a lounge room for street people, a safe place for people on the streets, and for HammondCare Darlinghurst residents, a home for some of Sydney's most vulnerable aged who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
We have an ambitious target of $60,000
Where: Online
When: Friday 30th October 7pm - Saturday 31st October 7am
We hope to see you online in your backyards, balconies or friend's couches for a fun and informative event!
